OPEN POSITIONS

  • Marketing interns will work alongside Bloodbath's Visual Director, Social Impact Strategist, and Development Coordinator to develop and manage marketing calendars, strategies, and content that promote our organizational objectives and values. We are looking for an artistically inspired, self-motivated, intern who is driven to help Bloodbath (1.) develop the voice and tone of our fashion house and (2.) inspire and foster relationships and engagement within our community.

    Responsibilites

    • Create engaging content on all social media platforms to craft a cohesive brand identity that resonates with production's values and objectives.

      • Independently conceptualize, capture, and edit video and photography content.

    • Provide live coverage and BTS from Bloodbath Studio events.

    • Develop and pitch marketing calendars and plans to the Board of Creative Directors.

      • Provide research driven ideas for content driven campaigns and their partnerships deliverables.

      • Identify trends and opportunities for Bloodbath Studio to participate in.

    • Collect and analyze audience engagement, market analysis, and marketing trends to provide actionable opportunities for brand and audience development.

    • Maintain a sustainable tracking system for marketing data in order to present monthly marketing performance reports.

    • Collaborate with Bloodbath's Sponsorship and Community Outreach departments to build sustainable relationships with potential key stakeholders - creative artists, production agencies, vendors, etc.

    • Work alongside our Social Impact Strategist to cultivate relationships with local community groups through online engagement and attending community events.

    • Conduct interviews with internal and external partners in order to expand Bloodbath Studio's digital footprint.

      • Post internal newsletters to increase audience engagement and participant retention.

      • Pitch articles to third-party publishers - magazines, newspapers, etc.

    • History of creating social media content.

    • Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and strategies with an eager to expand your current knowledge.

    • Ability to edit digital and print content for clarity, grammar, and audience

    • Experience in investigative journalism and creative storytelling.

  • The graphic design intern will collaborate directly with Bloodbath's in-house creative team and creative contractors to create captivating, visual content that elevates our mixed-medium, fashion-forward movement. We are looking for a multi-faceted, passion driven intern who is looking to expand their design portfolio in the editorial fashion and film industry.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and collaborate on graphic elements with Bloodbath’s Creative Editors for all of Bloodbath’s promotional and merchandising content.

      • This includes content in any of the following mediums: logo work for merchandising, posters, flyers, pamphlets, event signage, etc.

    • Collaborate closely with various departmental teams to understand organizational campaign objectives, target audiences, and messaging strategies.

    • Attend and contribute to weekly creative brainstorming sessions, offering ideas and input that contribute to product and organization improvement.

    • Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and incorporate them into creative strategies.

    Qualifications, Required

  • The development intern will work directly alongside Bloodbath’s producers to develop our fundraising campaigns and build relationships with our most valued partners. We are looking for a people-oriented, value motivated intern who is looking to expand their knowledge in partner relations and sponsorship support.

    Potential Responsibilities:

    • Develop and pitch fundraising campaigns to the Board of Creative Directors.

      • Provide research driven ideas for content driven campaigns and their partnerships deliverables.

      • Identify trends and opportunities for Bloodbath Studio to participate in.

    • Lead efforts to research, identify, and catalogue prospective financial partners.

    • Maintain donor and high profile relationships through company standard retainment strategies.

      • Organize special offerings for donors and high profile clients, assisting with their execution and management.

      • Fulfill donor and partnership contract expectations

      • Develop donor and partnership gift-giving systems and processes.

    • Research and submit grant applications on behalf of Bloodbath Studio.

    • Maintain a sustainable tracking system for all fundraising efforts in order to present fundraising performance reports both to internal and external stakeholders.

      • Develop, maintain and update a donor database, and recore of expectations.

      • Maintain and update database for all gift-giving activity.

      • Maintain and update a database for all grant reporting.

    • Review company budgets, offering research driven insights to improve sustainability rate.

      • Both creative and professional writing is encouraged.

    Qualifications Preferred

    • Knowledge of the Central Texas creative, LGBTQIA+, and non-profit landscape.

    • Ability to represent and pitch brand initiaves to external stakeholders.
